OrlandoRecon's experts conduct a methodical review and analysis of all aspects of a drug and alcohol investigation.  All investigations begin with a thorough review of the event by interviewing the accused. Afterward a complete analysis of case discovery, including arrest reports, videos, witness statements, breath testing, toxicological analysis, and examination of the arrest location is performed. 

 

Additionally, to confirm whether the arresting Officer, Breath Test Operator and Agency Intoxilyzer Inspector have the requisite training and complied with all applicable laws and rules, a review of each parties training, certifications, work history/disciplinary actions and related reports is conducted.  Furthermore, all reports created by the arresting Officer before and after the arrest are evaluated for common discrepancies.
